COVID-19 UPDATE - UPDATED 22 JUNE 2020
Here's an update on our current fulfilment and postage times.
We're pleased to report our fulfilment times have reduced and UK postage times have improved too! 🎉
CURRENT FULFILMENT TIMES
Here's a summary of our current fulfilment times (i.e. how long it will take to get your order ready to post).
|Greetings cards, badges, mirrors||Up to 3 working days|
|Art Prints (framed and unframed)||Up to 5 working days|
|Mugs||Up to 2 working days|
|Clothing||Up to 7 working days|
Working days are Mon-Fri and do not include bank holidays.
Our items are shipped from different locations so may arrive separately.
This is the time that it takes for your order to be ready to post; please factor in postage times on top of this. The post is much better than it was and some first class items are now arriving next working day but this varies day to day and for different postcode areas.
Royal Mail First Class is an untracked service and once your item is in the postal system we cannot unfortunately give you an estimate of when it will arrive. We ask that you be patient and wait at least 14 working days after dispatch before contacting us about an order that hasn't yet arrived.

The safety of all those involved in the process of delivering your order to you remains our priority. In terms of the safety of those working for AMWRAP: all greetings card, badge and mirror orders are packed and posted by the two of us. We work separately, from our homes (a little slower than usual as we both have primary school aged children).
We are currently using two drop-shipping companies to fulfil orders for clothing, mugs and art prints. All three have reduced work forces in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
